This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Specialist as an Application Engineer to be responsible for the analysis of customer requests and the coordination of technical tasks with development and automation departments.
Successful candidates will be involved in customer consultation on optimum use of electronic engine governing and control systems (ADEC, MDEC, SAM, DDEC) as well as independent product definition in cooperation with the customer, generation of customer specifications and their comparison/matching with supplier specifications, visits to trade exhibitions and the permanent support for project engineering issues and initial operations worldwide.
Qualified to degree level or with a technical specialisation in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Governing and Control technology, you should have practical experience in the link-up of external electronic systems with engine electronics and its optimisation as well as experience in project processing. You should have in depth knowledge about S60 technical aspects and technical options and be experienced in dealing with MS Office programs Word, Excel, Access as well as SAP R/3, S60 ordering and configuration tool. A thorough knowledge of both English and German would be a distinct advantage, and the ability to travel worldwide is essential.
